Confidence
I took my bike out on the trail today.
By myself.
Booyah.
I understand that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but for me it kinda is. My sanguine self is always lacking somewhat in confidence when it comes to doing anything alone.
Not to say that I’m not independent, because I definitely am.
Please don’t ask me how that [...]
Ergh.
Do you know what really truly bothers me?
More than I should probably allow it to.

Couch to 5k: Day Two
Today was day two of our Couch to 5k training!
It was surprisingly easier than I thought.
I’m so proud of me.
Also, we’re putting together a team for a local run in a couple months—we already have 11 people on our team so I am super pumped about that!
Free Vector Resource
If you haven’t been there before, and you frequently need vector shapes and silhouettes, you should check out http://all-silhouettes.com/. They’ve collected 5,572 free silhouettes in 88 vector packs.
Definitely found them to be pretty useful at times!
Couch to 5k: Day One
Aka, training my heart out.
Melface and I started our Couch to 5k training today.
Be proud, this was the day we said we would start—and we did. Despite the plague of gnats swarming the trail that ended up in every crevice possible.
I think we picked a 5k to run in, too.
Bring it on.
